I had so much fun on the Treetopia Halloween Mystery BlogHop and Giveaway last week.  Didn’t you?  You still have a few days left to enter for a chance to win your own set of black tabletop trees, black garland and black wreath.  Oh the Halloween decorating damage you could do with these goodies!

Cathie Filian – We kicked the week off with Cathie and her amazing orange Day of the Dead tree.  Cathie talks about starting a new tradition for her family.  Ever so crafty Cathie also has DIY projects for Dia de los Muertos ornaments from dollar store plates and a sugar skull DIY.

My Paper Crane – Heidi Kenny is an amazingly talented designer, crafter and Halloween tree decorator.  Treetopia sent her a black tree and in true Heidi fashion she whipped up a slew of hand painted pumpkins to nestle into the branches.

Did you see my Candy Corn Tree?

Tried and True – Vanessa gave our blog hoppers another take on Dia de los Muertos with her black tree.  Known as the queen of Halloween wreaths, Vanessa showed us that her talents extend to trees too.  Love the sugar skull tassel ornies and foil wrapped frames she made.

Whipperberry – Heather has black and white classic look for Halloween.  You could easily switch out her black and white pumpkins and transition this white tree right into Christmas.  I love her less is more approach which lets the tree and each ornament really pop.
