This Week on Craft Lab & Stylelicious

Wowsers this has been a whirl wind weekend of working. I got home from Dallas Friday and I leave for Vermont tomorrow. This weekend was spent cleaning house, making jewelry for orders and bonding with Chris. We managed to squeeze in a couple of movies like The Descent (scary) and Mullhound Drive (typical Lynch weirdness). Today I am going by Parts and Labour to restock my booth with new and exciting goodness, so be sure and check it out!

As mentioned this is the last week to see Craft Lab on HGTV so I am not exactly sure what days which shows are airing. I do know that it will be on Monday-Friday at 9am. Addi Somekh stops back by the Craft Lab for a Balloon Party. Keep an eye peeled for Nicole Vasbinder of Queen Puff Puff and the Stitch Lounge as a crafter! Randy Townsend makes an IPOD case out of polymer clay and a candy box. Make a pet name plate with Steven James and I plus check out Jasmine Lindley and I at First Samples in Austin making a pet casa out of box in the field piece. Stephen Horn shows that you can make art on clay with a copy machine. My mom Fredda Perkins stops by to make reproduction art deco picture frames. The field piece is at CHA with my buddy Traci Bautista.

Craft Lab’s permanent home is on DIY Network at 11am. This week tune in for an Altered Board Book by Jan Bode Smiley. Gretchen Martin shows how to make an adorable Cast Resin Bobble Head. Katie Killean has some ideas for Romantic Flowers. It’s Recycled Paper Making with Heidi Reimer-Epp. Melynda Lotven works magic with gourds. Learn origami with Jeremy Shafer.

We ladies of the Austin Craft Mafia know a thing or two about creating handmade wearables and that is what Stylelicious is all about. Tune in Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2pm Central on DIY Network. This Tuesday is about accessories with Jesse, Hope and I. Check out the hair chopsticks I am going to show you! Thursday is Jesse, Karly and I keeping you warm with Outerwear!
