What are you hoping to find in the pot of gold at the end of your St. Patrick’s Day rainbow wreath? Me, I’d be stoked for a million dollars and a lifetime supply of craft supplies. However, if you don’t build it they won’t come. So what’s that you say? You don’t have a Saint Patrick’s Day wreath made and ready? Let’s fix that problem shall we.

Feast your eyes people! Rainbows rule and this St. Patrick’s Day wreath proves it! Clearly, a rainbow wreath is awesome without a thing added to it (or covered in kitsch to celebrate pride month). To give this wreath a little luck all you need is a pot to put at the end of the rainbow and some lucky coins!

Supplies for Making a St. Patrick’s Day Rainbow Wreath

- Rainbow Wreath (mine is from Treetopia duh)
- Lucky Coins
- Wire Shamrock Garland
- Hot Glue Gun and Hot Glue
- Plastic Pot at the End of the Rainbow
- Scissors (hardcore ones)
You could always decorate a green wreath or make your own rainbow wreath with tulle or deco mesh.

Cut The Pot Of Gold In Half
If you cut the pot of gold at the end of your rainbow wreath in half it will make your life a lot easier. This is why you need scissors that are a bit more hardcore and can cut plastic. Be sure to leave the handle on the side you will be using.
Attach the pot to the wreath using hot glue. I attached the green bucket to the green section of the rainbow wreath, but it is up to you.

Spread on a Few Lucky Gold Coins
Using hot glue add in a sprinkling of faux gold coins as if they are erupting out of the pot. Get it, pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
At this point feel free to wire in your shamrock garland for good measure and extra St. Patrick’s Day flair!
